Seungsoo Kim, a junior at Mountain View HS, has been a member of the Youth Council for two years now, and has volunteered for the American Red Cross for over four years. He is also currently a First Aid/CPR/AED instructor for the Red Cross.

Chelsey Barret, a senior at Camas HS, is the president of her school's Red Cross club and one of its founding members. She is working on a disaster preparedness education program for elementary school students as her senior project.
